“The office staff is five stars, especially Yecenia. You can always count on her to answer questions and help resolve any issues that come up. It seems like no matter what you ask, she has an answer or can find a solution. The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because of the security concerns. The garage gate is broken, and the garage doors do not work, allowing someone to gain access to the building and use the facilities. That said, if you keep your apartment door locked, as you should anyway, there’s generally nothing to worry about. Overall, the staff and management are excellent, but the security issues keep it from being a five-star.”
